Since bungie has been talking about getting players ready for dark below, I have thought of a solution to help lower level players or victims to the RNG (like myself) reach 30 and actually feel like they earned it. Bungie should throw in a raid vendor that requires a certain amount of raid marks per gear. For example, chest, gloves, and boots require 65 marks a piece. Since helmets are ,for some reason the more hard armor piece to get in destiny, make them 120 marks. To obtain the marks, they should add a feature where you gain the marks after each phase where you would get loot in the raid. For example, First raid of the week should give 2 marks normal mode and 4 marks for hard mode per phase. And if a player chooses to keep grinding the raid, 1 mark per normal mode and 2 marks per hard mode phase. So mark bonus resets at weekly reset. As for the weapons, I feel they should stay RNG since they don't affect your character's light level. Also, for players that are already lvl 30, other purchases should be included. Like ammo synth, maybe an extra shader, ect. Anyways, after 8+ hard mode runs on my warlock and still no helmet, this is a simple solution I would have thought should have been in the game in the first place. Any opinions?
