My Xbox is fine. My disc is perfectly new. My friend is playing the game perfectly fine. Yet when I select the game on the dashboard, I get a frozen dashboard screen, can still use the Xbox menu. But otherwise the game isn't working at all. I've had to unplug my console multiple times as I cannot do anything. Edit: After waiting about 12 minutes (this was written in progress of waiting), a notification appeared saying I need an Xbox live connection to play this title. So apparently, me being in my friends party, and having no trouble communicating (even while the dashboard's frozen), apparently on not connected to Xbox live. This game is straight broke. Edit 2: After attempting to start the game again, the disc refused to spin. And no my console is not broken. All other games are playing fine. It freezes the dashboard, brings up a window saying, "signing in…" (to Xbox live), then tells me I'm not connected to Xbox live.
