So I was messing around with the new exotics today and found an interesting side effect on the Pocket Infinity. Basically, you equip Plan C. Use your primary and switch to Plan C and fire, even if you don't have the perk unlocked. Now switch to your pocket infinity. You may have to switch to your primary then switch again to your pocket infinity but not you'll have a no charge automatic fusion rifle. Edit: After further testing, Plan C isn't even needed. Fire one volley. Stop. The second volley should be instant.
