I was happy to realize today that by doing the first mission in each planet I can finally unlock the grimoire cards for them. However, I'm still sadden to find out my two missing dead ghosts are still unavailable. I realize it might be frustrating to figure out why they aren't spawning for some people and for other there are fine so why not instead of trying to fix their current location try moving them to a new one. IE move the Ras-2 Bunker dead ghost onto the shelf of items on one of the landings and move the Freehold ghost from the TV onto one of the dividing walls. Perhaps is not the ghost itself that isn't working but the location of where you want it to spawn.
