So, myself and LAZERsquadBIG10 found a spot called "The Juncture" within The Citadel behind where the two Axis Minotaur spawn. Within that area, there are level 26 enemies, or level 30 if on hard mode. These enemies are here in patrol but are only level 22...very interesting. Also, there appears to be a gravity beam/teleportor inside of what looks like the Templar shield. Any ideas or more info would be appreciated.
