Ghost Edition MISSING Steelbook, game, season pass, and other DLC

I bought the Destiny Ghost Edition for PS4 at Gamestop and it is missing the actual game! I am missing the steel book which includes the game, season pass and other DLC. Is this how I am supposed to contact Bungie about this or do they have a support email? Please someone help me out.
