yes, what I noticed is that when u enter a public area, no matter if story mission or tower, these errors appear most often. Still happens in less frequency inside the private areas though, but still signifcant. my only workaround that has helped me much was stay with a fireteam, although lately, it's almost futile :(. I guess their stable connection with the servers aided me to stay "put" but not so much anymore.
