Best mida multi tool buff yet!
Its a exotic multi tool. So let it have arc solar and void. When you are fighting a captain it switches to arc. Wizards it switches to solar. Minotaurs it switches to void. Regular enemies it stays kinetic. Leave all the stats the same, let it be THE multi tool.

Etc The "rainbow" multitool Plus wouldn't be OP in PVE then. Because effectively it would do 33% more damage than the kinetic version to any shielded enemy... Rather than being able to take on the world with a single gun. You can just pick away at enemy's at a faster rate...
