Feedback to Bungies chat in general: its very damped, very low voice, and very lagging. 99% of the guys i play with use PSN Chat.. which is WAY clearer and you dont get dissconnected when booted to orbit (again and again..(since the stability patch) ) so basically its either eating up too much abndwith or just not compressed enough or not fast compression/decompression..
