Buff Pulse Rifles! Their impact is laughable, I mean some of the bloody high RoF AFs even have better impact then the Bad Juju!

Neither. Attempting to balance things just -blam!-s everything up. the game was fine out of the box.

I put pulse rifles. I got a pretty decent one from the nightfall this week, and I would love to see it be competitive in pvp. Pvp needs some variation anyways.
