destiny in Ps4 store

Hello all, I have a question my friend has destiny on the ps3 and want to upgrate to the ps4. But when he wanted to download the game from the ps4 it said that is was not available. does anyone has the same problem? and is there a fix? my sincere

I downloaded the free trial and I have been able to play the game at least not sure if it knows I actually have the full game or not
