I feel like the Titans melee is the worst in the game, the perks I can understand it allows it to be tailored to the other perks. But the actual meele itself is painful. Ive been high-fived in the face by a warlock 10 meters away and my ally meele never even started to initiate shouler charge and my punchy melee did nothing. Titans need either a slightly stronger non-storm fist/barrier meele or a slightly longer reach.
