Statistically on DTR Hunter is superior in PvP. I think it really depends on your play style. Hunter is probably the best mid to long range class hands down. Some may say they're good in mid to close, but that's if you're a -blam!- trading kills with a fusion rifle or shotgun and waiting for your blade dance. I personally play a Titan and seldomly put myself in a position to get hit with a shotgun. I think they're great and I typically hold my alt for the scrubby hunters with blade dance. I'm working on building a hunter myself, but I don't think I'll ever really use blade dancer because of how terrible it is in pvp.
