Since ascendant energy & shards were reclassified to purple I have noticed that a good 7/10 times when I do get a legendary engram drop I end up with materials - I appreciate this is all RNG and is there to ensure longevity but it's beginning to reach a point where it's easier to obtain exotics from xur then it is to get a decent purple class hand cannon/sniper.. & grinding pvp matches for crucible points is not really my thing. Anyone else frustrated with those purple material drops?
