I think Bad JuJu was meant to be a scout rifle.
I mean look at it. It's got 15 bullets per mag, the perks on it include over penetrating rounds, send it (increased range and accuracy), and perfect balance (extremely low recoil). Even the bad juju main perk reloads instantly after each kill.
This shouts scout rifle in my eyes and the damn thing even looks like a scout rifle with a dead bird wrapped on it. Thoughts?

It sucks is what it does! even as a scout rifle! 15 shots can't kill a Major level Dreg on earth. Then reload then reload again. It is not the other stats that make it horrible it is that fricken clip size...even with the Hunter reload perks it is a chore...it trashes up vault space that is about it.

I wouldn't mind that change, although then it's kinda like MIDA, high RoF and low impact.
