Hardest level in Halo 2?

Just curious to which level you guys find hardest, mine's probably something gravemind or other, but I've heard a lot of people say the first level is the toughest. So which is it fellas?

I forgot how much I hated Brutes, I do think the the first level has some tough parts but I agree Gravemind is a bitch.
