We've all been there, being in the tower and changing your fireteam privacy to public but no one joins. Then you invite them and they still don't join because they don't know that you are in the tower looking for a fireteam. I have an idea that is so simple for Bungie to do that it will probably happen. When you are in the tower and you change your fireteam privacy to public a number will appear on the corner on everyone's screen showing the number of fireteams that they can join. For example, I am in the tower looking for a fireteam to join but there is a 0 on the corner of my screen, which means that they are 0 fireteams for me to join. So I will just change my fireteam privacy to public and a number 1 will appear on the corner of everyone's screen saying that there is 1 fireteam that they can join. Thus people will join you because they see how many fireteams they can join on the corner of their screen, giving them a reason to check their roster for fireteams that they can join.
