It's quite obvious while some users are accidentally posting #Recruitment threads in #Gaming, some are doing this on purpose.
Polite replies advising where posts should go are helpful but they also bump the post. While we should continue to be polite one of the Ninjas recommends not replying at all and just reporting the post instead. I would rather be helpful but seeing some of the horrible responses in #Gaming to these informative replies, I think we should just report them instead.
This is for #Gaming, it's about #Gaming and therefore should remain in #Gaming. #Gaming, #Gaming, #Gaming, #Gaming
Thank you

Please move to #community. This post does not include any game discussion so should not be posted here. There is a forum for that #community, click the box in the lower right corner and hit edit and change the #gaming to #community and you will be set.

Infraction. Your post isn't about gaming
one of the Ninjas recommends not replying at all and just reporting the post instead
Are you able to dig up their exact quote? I feel a bit iffy about just straight up reporting people for posting in the wrong area unless they act like a jerk about it.

Update not an edit, thanks for some good suggestions, feedback and advice. I have posted this in Bungie as I think we all have are part to play but there are champions that should be Moderators/Ninja's. http://www.bungie.net/en-GB/Forum/Post/80615085/0/0 #SaveGaming

Please read. Important.

Yes it would be good to not bump posts from users that are posting multiple L4G and VoG threads and report them. Another thing that I've noticed is multiple people telling the person to post in community when one will suffice as posting multiple only bumps the thread back up to the top and push the gaming ones down. I usually refresh once or twice before disliking and pointing them towards #Recruitment so that I'm not repeating what's being said.

If I may, you might want to describe that #Gaming is for non-Destiny games and that #Destiny has its own section to post in for any/all general discussion of Destiny. Secondly, it might help if you remind people who are redirecting threads to make sure if there is a redirect to the topic. Multiple redirections are not necessary and keep bumping the thread. If the thread has been dead (say for like twenty minutes) don't reply! Again it just bumps the thread and others think it's still okay to post LFG/VoG threads.
