Plan C: Someone explain to me how this perk works
So I have had the Plan C fusion rifle for about two weeks now. I friggin love it, it destroys in PvP. The only thing is that its exotic perk confuses the hell out of me. It says that charge and equip times are extremely short after weapon swap. Seems simple but it only happens 30%-40% of the time. It really screws me up sometimes in the crucible when it shoots too early. I don't know how to predict when it will happen so its more of a burden than a perk most of the time.
Why doesn't it alway quick-charge after weapon swap? Does it have to be done correctly to get it to quick-charge? Or is it random when it happens?

2 RepliesThere's a cool down, you can't just go around swapping between primary and secondary and have the fast charge time, it works best if running around with primary you bump into a guy switch quickly and then evaporation.
