Bungie... please stop punishing your solo players. The weekly nightfall strike was already hard enough before you increased the difficulty further. There already is no matchmaking for it, and those modifiers can make enemies very powerful. Now however, they can both inflict and take incredible amount of punishment, and their shields recharge very quickly. I have a level 29 Titan, and hive knights and wizards can kill me very quickly with arc weaponry, even though the modifier is for void damage, not arc. I have been trying to solo this week's nightfall, but even with my fully upgraded void weaponry, trying to fight through all those yellow enemies is like trying to singlehandedly take down and entire armored column of tanks. IT IS TOO MUCH! So please, restore the solo difficulty to what it used to be before your update, making the strikes easier for groups is fine, but please do not punish your solo players for it. And if you are so intent on having people play these missions in groups, add some type of social feature in the tower, such as a vendor or computer that allows people to post group requests that other people can see and join. Is it really so hard to make the tower a proper social hub? PS: Hive Boomers are way overpowered.... worse than any cabal or vex weapon. By the way, if anyone is wondering, I managed to reach the boss arena before being overwhelmed by hive boomer weaponry and knights... how is a single infantry supposed to stop an army of tanks with rapid fire grenade launchers! (I have tried it twice so far.) Ok, I am done venting now. I am going to attempt the nightfall... again, and probably have my ass handed to me...again.
