IB gear took more skill to get and looks better than raid gear

You lowly 30s in your luck of the draw raid gears. Took no skill to get it and probably got carried/exploited. Just because you pushed the Templar off the end 3 times a week doesn't make you skilled. You will always be bad. Pvp is where the men are and the gear looks 100x better. Have fun looking just like everyone else. Iron banner 30s have more skill, more class, and bigger balls than you do. Fact. Their gear means more and commands more respect. When I see a 30 in all raid gear I think "what a -blam!-ing scrub." Probably never played pvp in his life. There are -blam!-ing baddies everywhere.
git gud scrub
IB geared people are better than raiders.

  • i guess my 0.8 KDA is enough to get rank 5 in IB in 12 hours. that really got to put some effort to get IB gears. LOL

  • Stark carried me in pvp, his skill is legendary. If it were not for him I would still be pushing Templar off the edge and thinking I'm good at this game. I was able to get those ib pieces, and when I slapped those bad boys on my dick grew three inches that day. I was always rubbing my nipples ever time I pushed the Templar for RNG to 30. But now I can't masterbate peacefully knowing that I'm skilled. So I say good bye to that 30 scrub gear and I rub an additional two out a day knowing I have ib gear.

    • *Looks at profile. Sees 2 warlocks and 17 total raid completions with one being all raid + one exotic.

      • The raid and IB both have their own skill sets which need to be conquered, so neither, IMO, can claim to be better then the other. The fact of the matter though, is that getting raid gear, no matter how dominating you were or how much you were carried, is simply down to luck, where as getting it in IB was down to shear determination. Facts are facts. I've enjoyed the raid and am in no way knocking it, but after my first two raids with my Titan (where I got the chest piece and boots respectively), I've gotten no gear. My Warlock got the gauntlets & boots and nothing else with only my Hunter getting a set that could be complimented with an exotic. I've not done the raid as much as others, but have spoken to and read the post of those who've done dozens of raids and still have not been fully blessed by RNG--this is wrong. With IB, though, I took my lickings and got boots and gauntlets for all three of my charcters. No praying to RNGesus, just sheer sweat and tears...and that's how it should be. And, BTW, not to sure about the Titan & Warlock gear (though the Warlock IB gauntlets are dope), but the Hunter IB gear is far and away better looking then the raid gear. Those boots alone are sexy as f*ck.

I agree with PVP armor taking more skill than Raid armor. But you sound like a total asshat. And you're not even good at PVP. I have a higher K/D and I'm not even good... I have both full raid armor and IB armor on my main. EDIT: Typos

          • well.. if you only said that pvp need more skil than pve, i could agree with you. But to say that IB gear takes more skill?? totaly dont agree. It only takes time. A loss you get 40 points on the next win( you can be carry one time in 5) a win is 50 point(pretty close one to another). If you a good or if you are bad, dont make much diference if you are in a good team. I see lvl 20 play IB when they do 10% of damage to a LVL30, they know they dont have a chance of staying in the firt place, but with time he will get the reputation needed. And lets face it, if you have played any other pvp game, destiny will be child game for you. To finish, its really really non sense all of people who discuss this kind of subject. Its a game, just have fun.

Looking better is arguable. (Have you seen dat sexy warlock helm doe?) More skill is also arguable as doing the raid is fairly difficult. The iron banner can be hard, I'll grant you that but iron banner you face six people and can get a break every ten minutes. The raid is near impossible odds and you don't get a break for a while. Ps I read the hashtags but this is for those that didn't.
