Hey Bungie, Not too long ago a little prick hacked into my LIVE account but he didn't seem to have done any damage with payment methods, all he did was play COD: Ghosts. It all seemed ok and I reset my Password etc... and I went on to Destiny, HEY MAN LOOK NO LVL 29!!! But you know it's cool there are 2 x lvl 3's and a lvl 4. Now I had my account to have to insert your password each time on log in and I, (So it seemed at the time) was the only one who knew it, so I definitely was hacked. and I know you say, Bungie cannot (Apparently) provide the following services: Recovery of dismantled items Reset character features Transfer of items between platform accounts Reset or refund weapon and armor upgrades Refund currencies on accidental purchases Revert Exotic Bounty choices Refund materials on accidental reforged weapons Restore deleted characters But you had seemed to give an unfortunate customer that had brain surgery a weapon You also state something along the lines of "Children should be kept away from the game and these unfortunate things do happen" But what about hackers? I had been playing this since launch and you proved us that you can modify a persons guardian by gifting someone a weapon. Imagine how pissed you guys would be if you had been playing for weeks and weeks, then suddenly you come on and its gone. You really need to implement character restore into either the players hands or into your own hands for these "Unfortunate events.". Blizzard did this with their games for this VERY REASON. Now I ask you could you please PM me so we can organise some sort of character restore of some sort. Or I'm fine if you guys just give me a level 29 with Atheon's epilogue the sparrow from Atheon and I will be fine with that. I been playing since launch, Managed to get my hands on a Ghost Edition, got the season pass and everything but I really just don't have the time to get back all that progress and continue on with my destiny with all my friends on the expansions. I know you guys have the power to do this. Show the community that you are good guys and we should continue investing in your products. <3 Hayden
