So I just played a game of control where 4 out of the 6 enemy team members had red bars for connection/ping indicators and my team was all green. We got destroyed and the top player on their team was one of the most laggy of them all. People with bad connections should not be able to go on a 10 kill streak imo. Anyone else seen this? Is it just bad net code or something else? I would like to hear your input. Also has Bungie even addressed the issue? EDIT: so now im seeing this in 2/3 of my games, dont think this is hacking. Just the net code being bad.
