Hi Bungie,
so on day one I purchased the Limited Edition of Destiny (which, as it is stated, should include the season pass inside). I was kinda surprised when it only included codes for the Vanguard Armory and for some other limited equipment, so I assumed the season pass would be included in one of those. Now that everyone got the new Sparrows and everything, I checked on the internet for some unboxings and found out it should've been inside the game box. I politely request my season pass code so I can enjoy that beautiful content you are releasing in a few days.

If you bought the game at an actual store then contacting the company directly may be more productive then contacting an individual store. I have the same problem. No season pass code in the box. Contacted Microsoft and they told me to contact the retailer. The retailer has no idea what I am talking about but is looking into it. Should hear back in 48 hours. Won't hold my breath.

if your using the product such as the Edition for ps3/ps4 call sony playstation support and they will help you and if you use a xbox call microsoft thay might help you
