What I'm about to say is not meant to do any harm or disrespect to no one. I seriously want to know how people keep doing this... I know we are not perfect and we as humans we commit various mistakes, myself obviously included. But I've never had a problem dismantling an item. To me is like really hard for it to happen. I'm not saying it wouldn't happen to me, all I'm saying it seems something out of reach. I feel bad for you though...hopefully you can get your VoC back soon. Good luck.
