I think my vision of confluence is broken..
When I hold the trigger occasionally the full auto mode will just stop firing and I will have to let go and re pull the trigger. It happens pretty frequently

1 ReplyOh yea man, I just got it a week ago and it has been happening to me constantly. Also sometimes it just won't fire. I'll pull the trigger, nothing. I still love it though.

1 ReplyHappens all the time yo! Just a glitch in the game or gun just release and hold again like a normal scout rifle. It will get to rattling off shots again for ya. It's only an occassional bug.

I'm not a Bungie Employee, but in the past people have reported this issue in the #Help forum and I've seen some of the BngHelps reply and mention that it's a problem that is known by the team. Anecdotally it can happen to many of the full auto weapons, not just the Vision of Confluence. Thank you for reporting it though, I really do hope the Bungie Team can get around to fixing it soon.

Don't know if it's quite the same thing, but I noticed when using auto rifles that you have to keep the controller trigger held right down, as even a momentary lapse in pressure will stop the gun firing a round, like a jam. Maybe the same happens with Xbox controllers?

Trust me, it's not controller. Bungie has acknowledged this issue. Doesn't mean it'll ever get fixed though.

It happens, it's not the controller, I have my original and bought a camo one the other day still happens. Think it's supposed to replicate a jam it is just a bug.

You have to keep it down all the way. I noticed that if you lift the trigger up just a bit, it will stop. It has to be completely down the whole time

1 ReplyHad a time in PvP where I had the jump on some one and I thought, "oh yeah, yer dead!" And held down the trigger to ruin his day and I fired only a single shot. There was an long awkward moment as he spun to see me, me panicking as to wtf is wrong with my gun, then me eating a bunch of suros bullets. Utterly embarrassing.
