I get it rarely. Like once ever couple weeks. But the problems seem relatively common. I think part of the problem lies in the fact that it isn't more widespread (people using the same software on the same system with no problems) and some people don't understand that their isp or own network could be the problem, giving them other things to look into that aren't their side. But yes, in shared world games, connection issues for the first few months are very common. Hope it gets worked out for you.
