Am I lucky or unlucky? I received a legendary special engram. I need a legendary sniper (preferably with arc, but any will do). So I thought to myself, What a wonderful....wait... OK back on track. So its a 33ish percent chance I get a legendary sniper so I'm excited. But guess what I get? UNIVERSAL REMOTE! The ? Remains....am I lucky or unlucky?
