Constant Disconnection Issues - Why is Bungie failing its customers so badly???

Dear Bungie, what on earth is going on with Destiny, so many of us (your customers) are just sick and fed up of being disconnected and kicked from the game constantly only to read that I may have connection issues! You have logs and you have had thousands and thousands of your customers and fans telling you that something is very wrong , but each patch you release the worse it becomes. I have shared my xbox live name so please feel free to check my logs and see what an absolutely crap time I have had trying to play a game I have paid for months ago! What is going on here? There is nothing wrong with my internet connection, I play other games on the same console and on other consoles just fine? You need to do something about this as a matter of urgency because if it continues I will just ask for a refund from the store I purchased the game on the grounds that it does not work as advertised! So many players are trying to enjoy this game only to come away feeling utterly frustrated and angry. Do you think any of us can understand this issue and fix it of ourselves or do you think you have an obligation to the thousands of players how are having these problems. I have been unable to play a whole game of Iron Banner since the last update, I get kicked from the Tower, I get kicked from raids, from strikes, even from story missions. Enough is enough, hence my post on your forums. I have a right to expect a piece of software from one of the worlds most respected developers to work, and if it does not then I think I have a right to a fix or if this n somehow beyond your technical abilities than reach into your pockets and give players refunds for a defective product just like in almost every other industry. I constantly get the bee error code amongst a wealth of others, but bee is there 90% of the time. I have followed the ridiculously complicated port forwarding settings and a whole load of other stuff. My Nat Type is always open. If anyone from Bungie could spare a few moments to reply and advise me as to what I can do then I would be most grateful.
