Question About VoG
I was running around after I got my exotic gun, happy as a clam. I was just trying to get xp and upgrade it and saw there were a bunch of players doing VoG, so I figured I would do some target practice and help them out.
I'm not sure if I made it worse, I hope not I was just trying help out. Anyhow I was invited into the fire team, figured what the heck why not, but then only after a few minutes I was kicked into orbit.
My question is, if you help players who are doing VoG but you aren't in their fire team are you just making it harder on them?
That wasn't my intent at all, I was just trying to help. I wasn't going to join because it seems I tend to get kicked into orbit when in a fire team. Anyhow, if I did make it harder I would like to apologize to those players, - that wasn't my intention.

I don't think you hurt them at all. If i'm in the area and notice people are doing the raid I always help out. Me and my clan mates will stop what we are doing and help keep those plates free of Vex. The whole team waved to us once once the spire was complete, so we know we helped them. I think it was a team of 3 or 4 and they were having a hard time. Well we got them in and they thanked us for it. So I will continue to help when I'm there. I'm always rocking my raid guns fully upgraded anyways. The only downside is that you will not get credit for the kills. I noticed this when I had the kill 10 vex bounty. I killed tons of the majors and got no credit, so keep that in mind.
