The Wrong Way to Send a Raid Invite

So I'm in the tower turning in my bounties before changing characters to go play some IB when I get a message from a random 29. All it says is "VOG hard?" Since I've already beaten the raid on hard on all three of my characters this week I replied with a simple "No". Now I always get a little depressed when I see another message coming back after that response. Most of the time, the follow up is, "why not?", which is a really dumb question to ask. What are you going to do when I tell you that I've already done it? Change my mind? If someone declines a raid invite, suck it up and move on. The forums and destinylfg exist for a reason. This particular 29 in his infinite wisdom sent back the following "i love u 30s u think your better but your not u were a 29 once". Don't assume what other people's motivations are. Don't antagonize or provoke someone you're asking to help you. And FFS people, please try to exercise a little civility both on the forums and in game. I promise you will get much better results.

someone with common sense or courtesy would probably put something like "no, thanks" or "sorry, ive already done it this week" if your just going to put "NO" than you shouldn't be responding at all, there is no point... don't be surprised when people get pissed at you for acting like a douche
