Bungie your game is unplayable, please HELP

Seriously man, I just bought the expansion pack for god's sake. I had no problems when the game was released, smooth sailing all the way. Now, as each patch comes out, my experience gets worsened ever more to the point where there are days I just can't complete any activity. Join strike.. get kicked to orbit. Crucible.. lasts five minutes until some animal shows up. And if I'm getting a dozen different animals, how am I supposed to get a concrete help ? do I go after the possible resolutions for bee ? oh, but wait, I just got a centipede. Oh, noes, its a baboon after all, maybe I'll search help for that instead. I have a PS4 and PS3 (wired), plus one PC wired and another and mobile via wifi at my house. All work great. Never had any issues with networking or online games and even Destiny as I said worked great at the beginning. Now it has become a chore. I am really sadden by this. I don't want to give up on this game because I love to play it, but it gets to a point where its just too much. Please Bungie make an effort to sort this shit out. You've made a commitment to have an always online game, prove that its something that makes sense. If people cannot connect your game is worthless.

  • Done for the night. I've spent the last hour or so trying to figure this out. Trying to play a game I bought on which by now I've spent close to 100 euros. I'll have to say this - the gaming industry is a very peculiar animal within the software industry. I've never worked in a company where I could release what amounts to a broken product, then not give any help to costumers that are trying to use it and on top throw some random names of animals at them. Bungie, can I get hired by you guys ? really, it would make my day. I think monday I'll start rewriting my own code to give out names of parts of the human body. Hey..... we have a costumer in stress saying he's got the penis error. Oh, okay, tell him its probably his internet and that we're working on it but have no idea when it will get fixed or when he can regain connectivity and in the mean time he can do his work manually. SMH big time.

  • Okay, look, this is what would help me: I'm a software engineer, so instead of throwing up these nonsense animals, give me something I can work with. Like, you have this error because you have a packet loss, or we can't reach server at IP x.x.x.x, or we can't open TCP/UDP at ports x,y,z. Then I can see what the problem is in more specific terms and deal with it. But saying 'oh you have a baboon error and hey, maybe its your internet but we're not telling you exactly what on your internet is not working for us or what the exception we ran into is so, sorry, keep trying'. I mean, really. I have done error handling sub-systems, all of them are USEFUL for me and the user.
