I feel like this has to be a glitch as there is no delay what so ever when a player shoots and melees in the same frame. This makes a unintended instant kill for Warlocks and Hunters with thier ranged melees and shotguns. There needs to be a half to one second pause allowing the melee animation to finish and then bring up the gun and fire it.

There is a delay if you melee first and then shoot. Which is why people usually shoot first then melee instantly after they pull the trigger for that simultaneous melee/shot kill you must be talking about. Or you just have problems with lag.
