Suros Regime = No Skill Required (OUTDATED)
EDIT: Seriously, if you guys just checked the date on this thread instead of eagerly jumping on the salty bandwagon, most of you wouldn't look like complete fools.
If you use the Suros Regime in the Crucible, it screams that you can't use anything but a crutch weapon. This weapon is pure easy mode having absolutely no weaknesses (do not say RoF, it's a 4 shot Auto Rifle). Nerfs have done nothing to fix this.
Weapons like this that are super easy to use should not also be super powerful. I don't know how this slipped past Bungie, but it sucks to see the same damn gun almost 4 times per match.
It does not reward skill, it acts as a replacement for it.
EDIT: Figured I'd get comments like this. Everyone's so defensive of their precious Suros.
EDIT2: For all those saying "Oh you use Plan C, stupid scrub", I hardly ever use it outside of killing people charging at me with a shotgun or melee. I detest people who use Fusion Rifles like a primary.

While I just plain don't play Destiny MP that much, those games I DO play I always stack my inventory with the best guns for the battle. It just seems like people whom are killed by a particular gun, rather than re-evaluating their tactics, instead bitch about how other people "aren't skilled because they don't play the way I do." Newsflash: Crucible is about winning. If it's CQB, and Shotguns and Fusion Rifles dominate, it's because the map design skews toward that type of weapon. Same with the Suros. Or Snipers. Or trip mines. Or rocket launchers. Honestly, I prefer the hand cannon myself, but is someone can hold a Suros' bead with that crappy-impact gun long enough to kill me with the 4-8 hits it requires? Sorry, that does take a little skill. And I won't discredit them that. IMO. (Various clarity edits; iPhone sucks for posting.)

Today I went in crucible and started to see tons again :/ they killed me almost as fast as the mythocast now! Fk. Was getting really pissed at this guy at middle if map that was killin us before anyone could even get close (e kept winning at range). It's a fact that Suros beats others :/ but so messed, I never got one T-T my RD loses

5 RepliesLol I will say suros is stupid easy to use. I bought the upgraded one from Xur and cheated by not upgrading to reduce ROF. It is just dirty now, the vex is the one that beats me out tho. Still trying to figure a way to beat that gun...I've done hard raid a billion times n still don't have it

Someone's jelly the RNG gods didn't reward them. I got mine by dancing AFK to complete a skirmish bounty. Don't blame someone for using their weapon of choice, in their own game, on their own time. Skill has nothing to do with what weapons someone choses to use.

I don't think it takes no skill. I had it and I was god awful, ended up dismantling it. I find myself better with handcannons and scout rifles. But just because a lot of people use it doesn't necessarily mean they don't have skill. It may be a little op but I definitely don't have a problem going toe to toe with it.

Ive always been told something by someone close to me whenever i rage someone has no skill. "If they killed you and have no skill? Does that mean you have no skill too because they killed you?" Doesnt matter what weapon they use. And honestly? Shouldnt you be complaining more about the Mythoclast and the abundant of fakes who own it? Cause that gun is definitely more of a crutch than Suros.

I have 2 Suros regimes and I never use them. I hate crucible but maybe I will go on and use nothing but Suros and fusion rifles just to troll crucible...teehee.

1 ReplyNo gun is op people have different skill levels I run thru people with suros but find myself getting man handle with blue hand cannon vm is op but people had to beat hm vog to get it so it's well deserved in pvp I find myself being killed by suros vm and fusion rifles I forget the name of the specific one its a exoctic more than any other gun but it's par for course my thorn is being leveled as we speak my tlw is next and I can't wait for xur to bring hawk moon for upgrade as someone who doesn't play pvp until I have to nor have I purchased the dlc in content with this for right now by next week thing will be back to normal with u fake pvper who I dam near always get the best of

Suros is stronger than most weapons and is so proficient in so many encounters. I dont like the weapon being in the game but i will use my upgraded one when iron banner returns because it is just better.

Have you not noticed the bungie-acitivision partnership? Have you not noticed how "RNG" rewards the "hard working" afk players? Have you not noticed them CATERING to the needs of handouts for the filthy casuals? These casuals have no skill, and activision, seeing as how their entire player base(CoD) has no skill, gives handouts to these incompetent fools rather than reward true players such that make up a good portion of Destiny's player base.

The least amount of skill is more accurate. Now days since it's time to kill is in line with other weapons. The only real reason to use it is its lack of recoil. From personal experience I've found that the red death eats suros users alive.
