Nerf The Titan
After playing days on the iron banner and crucible TRYING to have fun I'm relentlessly getting panic smashed or shoulder charged by filthy freaking titans, why they do this? I believe they know they're going to die and lose a life so they panic and smash like a 6 yr old does in call of duty. I nailed a Titan with a found verdict and a blink strike at point blank while he was smashing and killed me while taking minimal damage. And why is the fist of havoc the tallest AOE super out there? A warlocks nova bomb doesn't even cover 2/3rd of that with annihilate, So bungie nerf the following:
-Titan damage resistance while in mid fist of havoc.
- if a Titan is sprinting, make them lose their momentum for shoulder charging if they jump
-Fist of havoc blast height

Without this perk, we die just as easy as we do without a super active. Same can be said for Warlocks, as they can make themselves near-invincible during a Nova Bomb. But they also have to sacrifice good perks as well. Regarding Shoulder Charge.. If your even allowing a Titan to get close to you, then obviously your not playing strategically. I get shut down all the time from Shotguns whenever I try to shoulder charge. Or I attempt to shoulder charge, and the opponent backs up and maintains a constant distance while spraying me. Shoulder charge ONLY works well when the enemy team is too incompetent to counter it. Therefore, shoulder charging generally isn't worth using. Regarding FoH AOE - it is [b][u]slightly[/u][/b] bigger than a Warlocks Nova Bomb. However, it requires the Titan to actually be in the spot of impact. Warlocks have the convenience of being able to throw their super, making it significantly easier to clear out a room with a minimal chance of death. Titans are high risk vs reward. Either you will get shut down miserably for attempting a multi-kill super, or you earn the multi kill. Lastly - both supers have the same AOE height. The only reason people can dodge Warlock supers, is because a smart player will jump towards the Warlock, generally causing the Warlock to overthrow their Nova Blast

You're so right OP. But while we're at it why don't we just also remove the titan's ability to jump. Nah to they would be still be able to kill me... Ok nerf it so they can't actually move, they have to stay in the spot they spawn!

I'm a Titan and I can assure you, we have lost our most op thing in iron banner. We lost our shoulder charge. Sad day for striker Titans....

Where to begin with this, I would need a scalpel for dissecting everything wrong with what you just said. Nurse! Anyway, onto the first problem you made, going to the Iron Banner for "fun". I know some people do, especially with friends and actually winning a few matches in a row, a rarity. Secondly, do you only do PvP-related stuff? You realize there's more to the game than just PvP, not to judge or anything, but that's like buying a cow only to turn it into steaks and forgetting about the milk. Third, you're comparing a titan that uses shoulder-charge to a panicky 6yr old, the panic-smash is one thing, but the shoulder-chargers know what they're (usually) doing and therefor prepared for it. Fourth...Call of Duty...seriously? Fifth, if you're going to complain about a titan not dying during their one-shot super that lasts all of two seconds compared to some of the golden-gunners sitting on points, or blade-dancers rushing an the entire team and not dying, I think you need your head checked, not even going into warlocks' supers. Sixth, Nova Bomb has spread, Fist of Havoc has an immediate shockwave around it, as for it being the tallest, guess you should stop hoping to mid-air gun a Striker, huh? And by the way, not every titan out there is going to be Striker all the time, even a 'career' Striker might at least give Defender a try. And in case you decide "tl;dr", "You're a big dum-dum that needs to sit in the corner and suck on his thumb-thumb."

Bubble shields on flags (like come on, are you really that bad that you can't cap a flag without basically being invincible. Seeing you can't just run in there and melee them to death) 4. Shotgun abusers (every titan I come across is always rushing me with a shotgun) 5. The grenades (is it me or is the titans grenade the only one that sits there for like 2 minutes blowing up? Don't what it's called, don't want to know either.

THANK YOU. I can't believe there aren't more posts like this. I'm not saying Titans are the best class, but they're a noobs wet dream let's be honest. I absolutely hate agreeing with you given the shotgun nonsense, but I just have to.

Reducing he height on fist of havoc is the only somewhat reasonable thing to do, but I'd be against even that. It is the least versatile of all the supers. Yes you can panic button, but with a super that is limited to killing those in the immediate vicinity of yourself with no other option, there's very little else you can do. As I've learned using my titan, people will cry panic button on your very intentional, very planned use of your super. You fully intended to use it, they did not expect you to use it. The titan isn't the one who panicked. Don't expect to have a good time when you're face to face with a titan. Shoulder charge and the FoH are the only things that allow them to live up to their name.

Let's all take a moment and really think this through. Titans are the tank class. Heavy armor, heavy hitter, not too agile or fast. If you see one running at you then use your higher agility to dodge. Hit and move with your superior skills.

You are playing the Iron. Titan could just have on better gear! I hate Titans also...but love it when they are on my team:) Nobody needs to be nerfed...I like playing with the different classes!
