I purchased Driv3r the day it came out from a GameStop I reguarly go to. Everything was all good with the game until about 3 days after the purchase. My X-box started thinking the game was a dvd and when it did read correctly the game paused and skiped alot. So I exchanged the game yesterday and the same -blam!- was happening. So I took it back again today and the -blam!- -blam!-s tell me that I can't get my -blam!- money back and can only excahnge the game for new copies of it. Even if the dumb asses know that it still wont work. So basically what I'm telling you is that GameStop is bull-blam!- and you need not buy Driv3r. Even though I may be a drop in the bucket, those mutha -blam!-as still lost a customer and my $150 I've already droped for Halo 2, GTA: San Andreas, and Doom 3.
