so when i am participate in the iron banner and win occasionally i earn standing which is weird because youre supposed to earn it for every win right? half of the time when i win the logos for standings and reputations dont appear on the side , just the shapes of them all greyed out, only when the logo actually shows up does the standing in reputation actually show up and i receive it ive confirmed that the rep isnt being awarded by checking after each win can someone tell me what is happening?
