Since apparently there is a 2nd set of VOG armor for each class, how about making the 2nd set armor reach level 32? Like players who buy the DLC has a choice of trying to get the Vex set armor or Hive set armor from their respective raids. That way it will keep the Vex set relevant. However with increased level for the 2nd set they should only drop in the DLC only difficulty. However it wouldn't be a bad idea for everyone to have as it would keep players more involved rater then fade out within a couple more DLC.
