Stop "nerfing" weapons.
You better not nerf RED DEATH. That gun needs a buff if anything.

All pulse rifles need a buff. But if it's too good. The red death perk will put it in the OP department. Nothing else in the game gives you health from a kill EVERY kill. Well No other weapon anyways
