One month ago an advanced player posted a 26 kill streak using thorn as a hunter. Whoever was playing had serious gaming skills. 46-3 in one crucible match is an accomplishment against any lvl players. Thorn was reduced below legendary. I've gotten 89 hit pts for a head shot and bleeding 3's. Invective shotgun isn't as good as it was either. I think the bountie weapons should be higher than the equivalent bought weapons. Ex thorn vs lord high fixer/ tlw etc. if u only have 6 rounds and the slowest reload. The impact should be best. If u got the vex mythoclast. Hats off to u. You earned it. If it's the hardest part of the game to complete. It should be the greatest perk. Same with thorn, invective, bad juju, and the rest of exotic bounties. I think invested time in th vog strike, or exotic bounty is tougher than farming some strange coins. Ranking up your faction, or crucible are time consuming too. I don't mind getting wasted by an advanced player with the vex, or 77 wizard. It makes me want to complete the vog in hard to equalize them. It's more frustrating to get 1 shot wacked by a lvl 20 with a rare shotgun, but it happens all the time. While thorn is a boat anchor. I really feel 4 the guardians that spent 25 game hours plus organizing and scheduling a team to get through the vog on hard just to lose 1/3 of the damage.
