EV-30 Sparrow Unavailable... No sign of season pass on my xbox 1 even after redeeming...
I know that the content for the season pass isn't out yet, but the day after destiny came out i installed it and redeemed my code from gamestop for the season-pass and now the EV-30 tumbler is available for those who pre-ordered the season-pass and redeemed the code. Now when I go to add-ons for destiny it doesnt show anything from the season-pass and if I search for it in the marketplace it is there to buy for another 35$ but not available to download or anything. I have tried re-entering the code and it simply says it has been used. i have ran all of the diagnostics that i can even called microsoft who told me it could not be solved on their end and i tried calling gamestop only to get a call 40 minutes on hold eventually hanging up because i got tired of it... does anybody know what i can do?

4 RepliesHere are 3 ways (theory's) to attempt to get your sparrow. #1 If you have multiple characters, try checking the postmaster on alternate characters. #2 Try restoring your licenses. Please take a look at the help article below for more information. http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 (If you do this revert to step one again) #3 Some people have been reporting it takes a couple of hours to show up. Thanks shaggy you were right although I found it before I read the post. :p when I bought the season pass I was in fact buying a 35 dollar credit (not to my knowledge) so thanks gamestop for the info gamestop. If you go to the marketplace and try to buy the game you will proceed to the billing screen and there should be a little 35$ game credit option. Use that. Hope this helps others... I did have to use my card to pay an additional like 3 dollars tax I think but i was okay with it at that point. Riding my new sparrow now!

I have xbox and this reply is for xbox users, not sure if it is the same way for playstation. When you enter your code, it don't actually download the pass, it actually puts money on your account to buy the pass. If you go into your xbox settings, go to payment options and it should show you have the $38 credit on your account. Hope this help. And good luck.
