Okay fellas it's pretty simple, we want two flags... not 3
Please, ALL OF YOU, Stop trying to capture all 3 flags if you're not in a fireteam of 6.
When I'm with my Fireteam, we can capture all 3 flags and earn a crapton of XP (about 325 per kill) because of domination.
Now even though that's a nice thing to aim for ...

The goal is control. COntrol means to control the enemy team. Keeping them on their one flag. We get too close, we don't control.
Whenever I go solo I see all of you, ALL OF YOU, go for the third flag like it's the holyland. Please, unless you and your friends are coordinated and playing together, don't go for the third flag. Please.
Seriously, PLEASE.
In fact if you guys want a tip for solo , chill back at the furthest flag, theres always someone trying to sneak around to take it. Steady points.

33 RepliesI actually like going for a flag whenever I can, it usually divides the opposing team and I mop up the guys that try to come defend it. Like on Firebase Delphi, if we have A & B, you know they're going to be rushing from C to B, likely jumping up through the window. I'll go to C, take cover, smack down the guys that spawn and try to defend it, then come wipe out the guys rushing to B from behind. You may like to stick back and defend B, but I like to play aggressively. [b]THE GOAL IS TO WIN[/b] Seriously, PLEASE. Let me play this game how I want to. With all the complaints about Bungie forcing you to play the game "their way" you'd think these types of posts would be non-existent.
