Make Xur Difficult to Reach

In my opinion, these purchasable exotics every weekend are getting kinda old. Seriously, they are basically free top-tier weapons with little to no challenge to acquire (don't tell me 20+ strange coins are remotely difficult, I could get 27 in less than 1 hour while share-playing someone's account). I'm not suggesting we remove Xur, I think he is an awesome addition for those who get shafted by RNGesus, but I think he should at least be in a place that is challenging to get to. How about just after you open the vault of glass? End of a specific strike? Just in a cave (or any place in one of the patrol maps) that is guarded by some harder-than-average mobs would be awesome. I just feel that an exotic merchant has potential to add more than just his wares to the game. Thoughts/comments/suggestions? Edit: removed the word "welfare" since people aren't reading past it and crying about things completely unrelated to the post. Edit 2: the places I intended Xur to be placed were places that could be reached by anyone with access to the patrol maps, inside the vault doors could easily be accessed by just waiting for a group to open it up and running after them. If you are able to get through a weekly strike, you easily will be able to reach Xur.
