Who is Praedyth?
We've all seen them. "Praedyth's Revenge" and "Praedyth's Timepiece". Mystical weapons from the Vault of Glass, pried from the cold, mechanical claws of the Vex and repurposed to fight for the Light.
But who or what is Praedyth? Is he the Templar? Some distant cousin of Atheon? Or something much more sinister...
The Speaker's Grimoire holds no clues to the identity of this creature. So we call upon you, Warlocks, Titans, and Hunters. Is this "Praedyth" a force we must be vigilant for?
(Sorry for the fancy prose. the question still stands- who do you think Praedyth is?)
EDIT: I made this thread in November and it's still getting attention. How about that.

At least update it with new info. Praedyth was (is?) a Guardian. His gear was pried when he stuck in the Vex gates. So that's what we find. I also believe him to be the Prime Zealot hunter gear refers to.

Preadyth is the warlock who went with Kabr (Titan) and pahanin (Hunter) into the vault of glass. When Pahanin and Kabr died Preadyth was locked in time within the Vault Of Glass.

5 RepliesThe secret secret boss which can only be unlocked by defeating Xylar on hard mode with the worst gun in the game and level 1 gear. After you defeat XYLAR, dismantle every exotic and legendary you have and throw money at your screen to summon preydyth. Then, if you defeat him, you will get the ultra rare common auto rifle called ripoff.333. It does a crazy amount of damage and its special perk is that every time you shoot the gun, it will deduct 200 dollars from your savings account to go to your "dlc savings fund".
