This is a recruitment thread for all those who wish to play in the Iron Banner with other Xbox 360 players. I think by now many of you have experienced how awful or up and down the IB can be when not playing with a pre-formed group or with randoms. Therefore, I'm making this thread to build a list of those who share the same enthusiasm for teamwork and Iron Banner.
