Did the MCC pass tested certification?

I don't want to jump to any conclusions, as I don't specifically know what this means. Was the MCC not tested and cleared for release [i]before[/i] launching a week ago? Or is this standard procedure for launch cycles?

2 RepliesIt's obvious MCC was rushed for the Halo 2 10 year anniversary. It certainly wasn't ready all the bugs people have been finding. Though most AAA games these days are rushed, publishers are pushing developers on such tight schedules now. But it's not like they care about backlashes on launch because they got everyone's money by then.
