The Xbox one achievements can be a little buggy. If you wait they should just unlock by themselves. You can try and force an unlock by: 1) Logging out of destiny from the settings tab, and logging back in on the same character you completed the criteria with. 2) Performing a hard reset, powering down your console for 10 minutes and loading up destiny, and signing in, and launching destiny.
