Constant weasel/ marionberry error codes

Since I've been able to get back on the servers I have had constant weasel and marionberry error codes. I have tested my network, I have reset my network, I have checked everything on my network so I know it is definitely not me. I'm not having any other problems other than this. I can connect to everything that I want to apart from Destiny. Judging by the number of people stating that they have the same issue it clearly is not an isolated incident or anything to do with the individual players. So could I please have a response from a member of the Bungie staff as to what action should be taken other than telling me it's my internet that is a problem. At the very least please let us know that you are actually trying to fix this as it is obvious that some one screwed things up during the maintenance.

  • Bungie REALLY needs to get its shit together. Idk what happened between D1 and D2 but someone really -blam!-ed some shit up. Now the game isn’t even fun and I constantly get error code weasel and marionberry. Literally happens EVERY 15 MIN!! Until I see that bungie is actually listening to the community and doing something to fix this problem for me and so many others, I am no longer playing.

    • Hi Tripp, I'm sorry about the repeated KTO errors you are seeing. Thank you for taking the time to follow our network configuration settings but in some cases, those suggestions may not help clear these errors. Bungie recognizes those steps are not a magic bullet and, while they may help some, that doesn't seem to be the case here. We are definitely investigating reports like yours and the underlying causes to errors players see. As soon as more, concrete info becomes available, you can be confident we will report it. Until then, thank you for being patient. Your situation, and others like it, are on our minds daily.

      • I think Bungie should most importantly fix the Weasel error because it's worse than every other error. Like zebra cobra, and bee and bird combined. When every error is pretty much of any mode that I'm playing, weasel error always pops up under a second. And this is destroying my x box so he should really think about FIXING THE WEASEL ERROR!

      • Some days it takes an hour to get on the server!!! $60.00 dollars and its frustrating because I really love this game...

      • As far as returning the game it depends on were you bought it. Microsoft refunded my friends the full amount as a credit for the downloaded game. Me I returned my disk to game stop and got most of my money back. The game stop in my town is full of used destiny games and is starting to turn people down because there are to many who can't play and they have to many returned that are not selling

      • I played this game since the release and had no problems up until the 6th november, since then i am being KTO between 15-30 times each time i play and its getting really frustrating as no other online game disconnects and my connection and ping rate is spot on. Just cannot understand why it started in the last few days and not before! Hope this gets sorted coz apart from that its an excellent game.

      • Yeah this sucks was in middle of a hard raid. And they had to cancel bc it happened to two of us.

          • Agreed, for christ's sake, i cant enjoy this game for its constant error messages, I'm spending more time being kicked or not even being able to get on at all
