Why can't the developers leave weapons broken for pve and only balance them in pvp? This would allow the weapons to maintain unique properties and power rating that wouldn't impact other players.
If your crazy good at pvp then nothing will stop you or bother you. The point I was getting at is pve and pvp should be separated. I don't want to get into the dynamics of pvp.
You could have a set number of items for pvp and just allow players to pick a load out. I seem to remember someone doing this and it working well.
Just some random thoughts.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
