Problems with the raid loot table

Many players have been complaining about how the loot table in the vault of glass isn't as fair as it should be. Here are the problems people are complaining about: 1)players are given ascendant materials instead of items too often. 2)players only get rewards once a week. 3)players get the same items over and over again 4)the loot table in general is staying the same while Bungie makes the boss fight more difficult. as for solving these issues: 1) ascendant materials should be entirely separate from the other loot drops, meaning you get some ascendant materials AND something else. (it's almost like this now, but there are still places where you can get ascendant materials INSTEAD of other things) also you should get at least 2 of each kind. 2) all rewards from the raid should be held back until the raid is completed. at the end of the raid, the player can either receive the rewards or exchange them for a chance to get something better. 3) if you have a purely cosmetic item from the raid equipped (shader, sparrow, ship or class item) it should be prevented from dropping until you unequip it, thereby raising your chances of getting something else. the same should happen with armor and weapons except instead of preventing it from dropping, it just makes it less likely. 4) boss fight only difficult for me on hard mode, so this is not really an issue for me. to make it more worthwhile for players they could add a hard-mode-exclusive final chest at the end of the raid with the same loot table as the reward for killing atheon. this way, those that kill atheon on hard mode will get twice the rewards they would get at any point in the raid. As a bonus, I think they should make it so that if any member of your party opens a chest it acts as if you've opened it as well. (thus eliminating the chance that someone would miss a chance at loot) for the chests that are deliberately out of the way (gorgon's maze) they should make it so that all players need to arrive at the chest's location before it will spawn. this will prevent players exploiting it via the Leroy Jenkins method. anyone else have ideas?
